Samir Srivastav is a seasoned professional in the beauty and wellness industry with over 22 years of experience. He currently serves as the CEO of Looks Salon, one of India’s leading salon chains. Under his leadership, the brand has been expanding rapidly, with the goal of reaching 500 salons by 2026.
Before joining Looks Salon, Samir was the CEO of Jean-Claude Biguine Salon and Spa, where he gained extensive expertise in managing high-end beauty services. Samir’s leadership focuses on blending global trends with local market needs, ensuring Looks Salon maintains its position among the top brands in India’s beauty and wellness industry.

Ck Kumaravel & Veena Kumaravel started the naturals salons in the year 2000 with the simple belief of getting Veena self employed and making Rs 60,000 a month. But when they saw a bigger opportunity around 2005 they started franchising the business and the rest they call it as history.
Today naturals is the no 1 salon chain of India with 700 + salons, 500 plus financially independent women entrepreneurs and 15,000 direct jobs.
The couple now pursues an ambitious dream of making “naturals “ as the no 1 salon chain of the world by 31st December 2029.

Vaijayanti Bhalchandra, a serial entrepreneur & Pioneer in the Beauty & Salon industry has been instrumental in transforming the Indian Salon industry with many firsts delivered for the industry – organised operations, upfront commitment to upgrading vocational skill education, upgrading India’s waxing experience, creating new international looks every year, India’s 1st Organised home services, Bringing hygiene to the fore for services to every skincare customer by the shift to single use kits instead of bulk packing, using technology to personalise every customer interaction and providing top quality training with no charges to over 7,000 stylists and beauticians.
She is the co-founder of the Bangalore based YLG (You Look Great!) Salons, which operates over 50 salons and is Bangalore’s favourite salon chain & has been bestowed with many awards, latest being Entrepreneur of the Year – at the MSME India Business awards by National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), and the prestigious ‘Mahatma Gandhi Samman’ at the Global Achievers Conclave at Westminster Palace, UK Parliament, London in 2018

Sneh Koticha-Contractor, Director at Jean-Claude Biguine Salons and Spa India. She has been instrumental in setting up, scaling and promoting the company in India. Sneh has added significant verticals like home services and Trica Hair Clinic to JCB Salons bridging the gap between care and cure. Her appetite for challenges and change led to the expansion of the salon chain to more than 40 outposts across India.
When you look at her early path, Sneh’s entrepreneurial spirit is easy to spot. She completed her Business Management Degree from HR College, Mumbai University and then went on to graduate from Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, Canada – with an MBA with majors in finance and entrepreneurship. She rose through the ranks as an equity analyst at the ASK Group- dabbling in various industries, businesse
Sneh is an avid contributor to various social causes and assists in raising awareness amongst the youth. She is passionate about the livelihood development of the marginalised segments of India – pioneering the same with the ASK Foundation. She has worked with segments across education and housing. Sneh has also been a part of Sunbeam Schools, educating children to enrol them in schools. She is a member of the board of Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s India Build movement .
She aims to take the Indian beauty industry to newer heights making the space more inclusive, mindful and accessible for all. Her vision for JCB Salons is to continue being the best in expertise, quality, hygiene and service in the country. And when she’s not busy trying to disrupt the beauty industry, you will find her indulging in travel, good books and quality family time.
